After 15 years of working the election polls here in the Emerald City, it is with some sadness to not be able to experience the community bonding that occurs in polling precincts despite opposing individual political agendas. On the other hand, it just may be that more of us will get involved by the ease of mailing in a ballot. Like the results, we'll just have to wait and see.
